Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by User
- More than 24 hours before service: Full refund credited to your World Views Wallet or original payment method.
- Less than 24 hours before service: A cancellation fee of 50% applies. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- No Show: If you fail to show up for a booked service without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Guide/Platform
If a guide cancels your booking or if KLS Communications cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% full refund.
3. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Wallet refunds are instant.
