1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the World Views portal or downloading the Android application, you consent to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any segment of these clauses, you must discontinue platform use.

2. Marketplace Platform Role

World Views functions as an online directory and discovery platform bridging independent local helpers, technicians, tutors, cleaners, and customers. World Views is not an employer or principal contractor. All rate settlements, emergency dispatch timing, and work assurances occur directly between the customer and the chosen technician.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

• Providers must furnish authentic telephone credentials, accurate skill credentials, and genuine pricing standards.
• Harassment, abusive language via direct call or in-app chat, and fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.
• Customers must verify scope of work and pricing directly prior to initiating home repairs.

4. Limitation of Liability

KLS Communications and World Views will not be liable for incidental damages, onsite physical disputes, electrical or plumbing mishaps, or off-platform payment disagreements arising between users and independent providers.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these terms to align with platform updates, local laws, and Google Play policy directives.
