Privacy Policy & Account Deletion Protocol
This Privacy Policy explains how World Views - Your Local Helper (operated by KLS Communications) collects, stores, protects, and handles information gathered from registered customers and service providers. We are dedicated to ensuring your personal data remains private, transparent, and compliant with Google Play Developer policies.
1. Information We Collect
To operate our local discovery platform, enable communication, and authenticate accounts, we collect:
- Personal Identifiers: Name, mobile phone number, and email address provided during account registration.
- Service Provider Profile Photos: Images and portrait photographs voluntarily uploaded by technicians and service providers to verify identity and build trust with clients.
- Location Information: Selected Country, State, and City, as well as device geolocation coordinates (with explicit runtime permission) solely to display nearby helpers and map distances.
- Communication Records: User-initiated messages and interaction timestamps to facilitate in-app customer support and chat.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Collected data is processed strictly for core application functionalities:
- To authenticate and manage customer and provider accounts.
- To display provider profiles (photos, experience, pricing, and operational radius) to searching customers.
- To enable direct phone dialer initiation and in-app messaging between users and local helpers.
- To prevent fraudulent registrations, automated scraping, or misuse of contact numbers.
3. Photos & Media Handling
Service providers may voluntarily choose to upload a profile photo or work portfolio. Our app accesses image files strictly through standard Android System Photo Pickers. We do not inspect, collect, or store private personal media or unselected photo gallery files from your device.
4. Data Security & Storage
We employ standard security safeguards. User passwords are encrypted using secure BCRYPT hashing algorithms before database storage. All transit communications between the mobile application and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS/SSL).
5. Account & Associated Data Deletion Policy
In compliance with Google Play User Data policies, users have full autonomy to request permanent account deletion both inside the app and via email request.
Option A: In-App Account Deletion
Navigate to Profile Tab → Settings → Delete Account inside the app and confirm your request.
Option B: Email Deletion Request (Outside the App)
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can request full account and data deletion by sending an email to our support desk:

What gets deleted: Your personal profile, phone number, email, uploaded service photos, ratings history, and stored preferences are permanently expunged within 30 days of verification.
What is retained: Basic financial invoices or audit logs may be retained solely if required to meet statutory legal and tax obligations.
6. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, phone numbers, or uploaded photos to third-party advertising brokers or data harvesters. Data is only shared with authorized users (such as customers directly calling or chatting with local helpers) as intended by the platform.
