Note: World Views primarily provides digital services (Local Guides, Itineraries). The clauses below apply to any physical merchandise or tickets booked via our platform.

1. Service Delivery (Digital)

For bookings of local guides, consultations, or premium memberships:

  • Confirmation is sent immediately via email and SMS upon successful payment.
  • Service details (Guide contact, meeting point) are unlocked in your account dashboard instantly.

2. Physical Goods Shipping

If you purchase physical merchandise (e.g., Travel Kits, T-shirts) from our store:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Duration:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days
    • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 Business Days
    • International: 10-15 Business Days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order status on our "My Orders" page.
