Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At World Views, we strive to ensure that both our users and local guides have a fair and transparent experience. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations can be made and refunds processed.

2. Cancellation by User

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: 100% Refund.
• Between 24 to 48 hours: 50% Refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No Refund.

Note: Transaction processing fees (approx 2-3%) may be deducted from the refund amount depending on the payment gateway.

3. Cancellation by Guide/Platform

If a booked guide cancels the service or if World Views cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the user is entitled to a 100% Refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately. However, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank/Credit Card/Wallet).
